These Terms of Service govern your use of schoolposterprinters.com and purchases from Education Graphic Solutions LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

schoolposterprinters.com is operated by Education Graphic Solutions LLC, 865 Dorchester Place Suite 303, Charlottesville, VA 22911. We sell poster printers, poster maker packages, and supplies to schools, districts, and other organizations.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We work to keep prices and product descriptions accurate, but errors may happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or adjust orders affected by them. Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.
We accept purchase orders from schools, districts, and qualified organizations. You can submit a purchase order online. Education Graphic Solutions holds TIPS contract #240804, and orders placed through TIPS are also subject to that contract’s terms. Payment terms for POs are as stated on your invoice.
Card and online payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping times and methods are shown at checkout or confirmed with your order. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on poster printer equipment returned in its original packaging. Some items cannot be returned. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
Products may come with manufacturer or product warranties as described in the product documentation. Except for those warranties and as required by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” without other warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Education Graphic Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
