How to use the EGS Cool 25″ Cold Laminator?

Once the laminator has been set and you are ready to laminate your poster, you load your poster between the white lines on the tray and pull back your handle to unlock itl Once you feed your paper through you will lock the handle bar back it place and slightly pursh the down the paper to attach it to the laminate. Make sure you turn the handle the correct way, cut, and push down the laminate. Your poster is ready to be hung and displayed!

How to remove and replace the EGS Cool 25″ Laminate Film:

First you will remove the top cover, open the bottom door and remove the blade. Then you will take scissors and cut through the laminate on the bottom and pull out the roll then you will do the same thing on the top. Next you will rotate the handle and remove the excess laminate. When you replace the new rolls make sure that you color code the green and red. Make sure the top will stay top and the bottom will say bottom. You will start with the bottom and pull out the small piece that has been folded over. We will feed it through the middle bar and place it between the rollers,then you will pull the top layer down and stick it to the bottom. Once the two layers are stuck together we will rotate the crank and slightly feed the laminate through. To remove excess crinkles and bubbles simply slide a small piece of cardboard through the laminator. This should resolve any issues. Cut off the excess laminate. Replace the door and replace the tray. Make sure when you replace the tray it goes between the grooves and connects up into the right position. You are ready to laminate!
